-- We offer hosted practice management software: Our hosted software solutions eliminates
the need for a software server at your office. Our server is capable of hosting several HIPAA
compliant, individually secured and independent SQL databases for our Providers. This reduces
the potentially negative footprint that non-hosted solutions produce.
-- TS4MO utilizes Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): While not all insurance payors are 100% electronic, they are working toward the goal. TS4MO utilizes electronic billing processes whenever possible; both in the transmitting of your insurance claims and in the receiving of electronic remittance files containing your payment processing information (equivalent to an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) ).
-- TS4MO utilizes Electronic Patient Statements: Patient statements are uploaded electronically to our print service provider. Patients have the option of receiving a paper statement or electronic statement via email! Options are available to provide website access for your patients to pay their outstanding balances on-line.
-- We provide electronic communication with our Provider: TS4MO provides two electronic HIPAA compliant ways to send your encounter forms and patient information to our office. Our first green solution is to use secure-webmail. You are provided a SSL-secured webmail account to send and receive emails and email file attachments securely via the internet to our office. Our second option is faxing. Our fax service receives your fax transmission as an e-fax (electronic fax) and stores the fax in an electronic image format rather than printing it on paper.
-- Our practice management system, "Healthwind/Horizon Insight™" provides EMR/EHR integration capabilities: Electronic records will reduce the amount of paper your practice consumes in creating and storing patient information. Healthwind Insight™ has many interfaces already available to many popular EMR/EHR products.
