The statistics can be simply staggering.  Provider revenue lost due to improperly processed claims by insurance companies, coupled with the expense of too often ineffective billing processes can be tragic.

For example, in 2010 The American Medical Association (AMA) reported that one-in-five medical claims submitted to insurance companies is processed incorrectly which leaves Providers with lowered or no reimbursement.
